JOB DESCRIPTION

Baseball Nation is looking for professional young adults to welcome baseball parents, players and coaches to our weekend tournaments. The ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent customer service, willingness to learn, the ability to multi-task and a positive attitude.

Part-time sales staff will be responsible for welcoming parents and players into the ballpark while performing their specific duties throughout the day. Staff will need to have basic knowledge of Baseball Nation tournaments and all facilities to best assist parents and coaches at the ballpark. Facility locations include: McKinney, Mesquite, Balch Springs, Rockwall and surrounding areas.

GATE STAFF EXPECTATIONS

– Assist with set-up/tear-down of all equipment used at the gate
– Ability to use an iPad and all apps associated with ticket sales
– Available most, if not all, weekends from February- July (Saturday and Sunday)
– Positive attitude when assisting parents, players and coaches
– Pay starts at $10/hour with promotion opportunities through the season
– All employees will be paid twice a month through direct deposit
– Ability to request your own hours and preferred ballpark location

CONCESSION STAFF EXPECTATIONS

– Set up and clean up all concession equipment and food
– Take orders and prepare all food and drinks
– Available most, if not all, weekends from February- July (Saturday and Sunday)
– Positive attitude when assisting parents, players and coaches
– Pay starts at $10/hour with promotion opportunities through the season
– All employees will be paid twice a month through direct deposit
– Ability to request your own hours and preferred ballpark location

FIELD CREW EXPECTATIONS

– Knowledge and ability to get fields ready for play
– Clean bathrooms, take out the trash, and assist with any issues throughout the day
– Available most, if not all, weekends from February- July (Saturday and Sunday)
– Positive attitude when assisting parents, players and coaches
– Pay starts at $10/hour with promotion opportunities through the season
– All employees will be paid twice a month through direct deposit
– Ability to request your own hours and preferred ballpark location
